What you need

tbsp oyster sauce

tsp black pepper

tbsp lemongrass

tbsp condensed milk

tbsp fish sauce

tbsp sugar

bunch green onion
tbsp oil

clove garlic clove

shallot

lb pork shoulder

tbsp sweet soy sauce

tbsp chicken bouillon powder
Instructions
1: Slice the pork shoulder/butt into 1/3” thin slices. 2: Season the sliced pork with green onions, fish sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, black pepper, garlic, dark sweet soy sauce, sesame oil, chicken powder, lemongrass, condensed milk, and shallots. 3: Allow marinating for at least 1 hour (overnight would be best). 4: Add 2 tbsp of oil to the marinated meat and combine. 5: Skewer the meats. 6: Preheat the Ninja Woodfire Outdoor Grill to GRILL mode at high. 7: Once ready, add the meat and close the lid. 8: Set timer for 10-12 minutes (depending on thickness of cut) and be sure to flip halfway. 9: Serve with rice vermicelli, lettuce, beansprouts, cucumbers, Vietnamese herbs, fish sauce dipping sauce, and peanuts.View original recipe
